Client is a IT staffing and consulting business with clients in North America. Their staffing expertise includes IT, Engineering, Technology and Management functions.
Client wanted to reduce administrative overhead on their recruitment and talent acquisition operations using the power of generative AI. HR professionals at the client spend significant time in drafting job requisitions based on requirements. When resumes are submitted across various job postings, they are of various file formats, layouts and content. Finding the best-fit candidate from amongst these resumes is a very exhaustive and time consuming task even for the most talented of HR professionals.
Our Solution
Engaged with client stakeholders to assess needs and formulated an implementation plan. Our solution used Azure Document Intelligence to extract relevant features from the resumes regardless of the formats and layouts. We then trained an Azure Machine Learning model using these features. To complete the picture, we used Azure OpenAI to query our ML model for the candidates that best for our requirements. In addition, we used Azure Open AI to create Job requisitions based on requirements from our Hiring managers.
Business Benefit
Our solution reduced the time Talent Acquisition team took to find the top 5 best-fit candidates for a given requirement, thereby increasing the team’s efficiency. In addition, with integration of Azure OpenAI, our solution leveraged generative AI capabilities to create and publish job requisitions given some basic job requirements.
