• The client faced challenges in monitoring fleet performance, detecting anomalies, and optimizing maintenance schedules. Their existing systems lacked real-time analytics and predictive capabilities, leading to inefficiencies and increased operational costs.

• iDatalytics implemented an integrated, self-learning operational analytics platform, to address the client’s needs. • Client needed to build a BI and Analytics platform in the cloud, which served as the single source of truth. Their environment had 30 disparate application systems storing data in their individual data silos, which was not meeting business needs. There was a need to create a data lake aggregated from source systems, with all reporting leveraging centralized data in the Azure cloud.

• Engaged with client stakeholders to assess needs, develop migration roadmap, and implementation plan. Solution architecture we developed required ingesting data from various source systems(on -prem, databases, salesforce, email) via Azure Data Factory into data lake. We also used Databricks, Azure functions and Logic apps in this implementation. We transitioned BI platform from Spotfire to Power BI while minimizing business disruption. All data, reports and dashboards were successfully migrated.

• Client wanted to reduce administrative overhead on their recruitment and talent acquisition operations using the power of generative AI. HR professionals at the client spend significant time in drafting job requisitions based on requirements. When resumes are submitted across various job postings, they are of various file formats, layouts and content. Finding the best-fit candidate from amongst these resumes is a very exhaustive and time consuming task even for the most talented of HR professionals.

• Engaged with client stakeholders to assess needs and formulated an implementation plan. Our solution used Azure Document Intelligence to extract relevant features from the resumes regardless of the formats and layouts. We then trained an Azure Machine Learning model using these features. To complete the picture, we used Azure OpenAI to query our ML model for the candidates that best for our requirements. In addition, we used Azure Open AI to create Job requisitions based on requirements from our Hiring managers.

• Client was a laggard in adoption of digital technologies and wanted to develop a strategy & roadmap for digital transformation. After a competitive selection process iDatalytics was selected to assist in their digital transformation strategy. Goal was to baseline current state of technology maturity and determine opportunities for digitization.

• Engaged client’s senior stakeholders that included C-level leaders, line of business leaders, PMO leadership and Information Technology leadership.
• Conducted stakeholder interviews to collect information on business pain points, business priorities, “digital” wish list, operational and adoption concerns, among other things
• Performed analysis to base line client’s current state of digitization maturity. Identified gaps and opportunities for digitization.

• Migrated client’s business intelligence and reporting platform from Cognos to Power BI
• Client stakeholders can now leverage the superior capabilities of Power BI. Users now find it easy to use because of its similarity with power pivot and Excel.
• Our implementation entailed:
  • Building on premise PBI servers & gateways
  • Building SSAS servers & schedulers to use multidimensional/tabular models, replacing Cognos cubes
  • Providing security recommendations for different levels of Power BI structures
